Who is behind ProPacking?
We are Caro & Kevin – a motivated founding team with the goal of offering practical and well-thought-out products for everyday use.
By founding our own company, we have fulfilled a long-held dream: to build something of our own that stands for quality, fair service, and genuine customer focus.
We place great value on personal contact and straightforward, individualized service. Because for us, people are at the center of everything – whether in the selection of our products or in direct interaction with our customers.
Kevin takes care of everything related to numbers, processes, and partnerships. He is responsible for sales, purchasing, accounting, and the support of our business customers. With an eye for detail and a strong focus on smooth processes, he ensures that everything runs reliably.
Caro takes over the creative and communications department. She is responsible for marketing, new customer acquisition, and human resources. With a keen sense for people, brand impact, and external presence, she brings a breath of fresh air to our ideas and ensures that our company remains visible and vibrant.

Patrick
Patrick is responsible for supporting our private customers and ensures that each individual receives competent advice and the best possible service. He is also responsible for all warehouse logistics and coordinates the shipping of our products – from careful packaging to punctual delivery.
Lisa
Lisa works in our new customer acquisition department and plays a key role in establishing new contacts and convincing potential customers of our offerings. She also serves as a key interface between our clients and management. She ensures that customer concerns are communicated directly, clearly, and efficiently, thus making a significant contribution to ensuring that strategic decisions are closely aligned with our clients' needs. With her communication skills and solution-oriented approach, she strengthens the connection between customer needs and corporate goals.
