Delivery times

For goods designed individually according to customer requirements, the preparation of the proof template takes place within 3-5 days after conclusion of the contract, the execution of the design work and the delivery of the goods within 30-45 Days after approval of the proof (in case of agreed advance payment after the date of your payment instruction), unless otherwise stated in the respective offer.

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods will take place within Germany within 3 - 5 working days, and for deliveries abroad within 5 - 30 working days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in one shipment unless we have agreed otherwise. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.

If you pick up your order yourself, we will inform you by email about the availability of the goods and pickup options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
